Tabata GX:  This 20-30-45 seconds circuit  training class uses intermittent performance methods to help expand your strength, mobility, cardio and improve your fitness level like no other.  The intervals will include progressive HIITs (High Intensity Interval Training), max interval, and mixed intervals and includes fun games to create camaraderie, community, and connection. For all fitness levels.
