Have you ever wanted to learn to run or maybe you do run and want some tips on improving. Well, this workshop is for you!!! Come join us for 6 weeks on Fridays at 6:15pm to become a top notch “runner.” You’ll finish your workshop with an optional 5 km Run for Women at Laurier Park on May 25th.
Learn from the best with our Jaime, a prolific marathon runner who when started running in 2009, wasn’t able to run for one minute straight. Running is now a huge part of her life! You will be amazed how much you can learn in 6 week. YOU can do this!! Cross this off your bucket list.
