A 6-week introduction to group fitness for plus size clients and for those who are starting out on their fitness journey. Including Kickboxing, Strength, Zumba/POUND, TRX/Cardio Conditioning, Tabata Bootcamp and Bootcamp Circuit Training classes. Build your strength and confidence in a safe, caring and fun environment.
