All winter and spring we’ll be offering training and workshops for your Triathlon.
- Lane Swim: we are training at Scona Pool on Wednesdays @ 8:30-9:30pm and Sundays @ 6:00-7:00pm
- Running/Walking: this training will be offered starting in your Build Phase of your training in March.
- Biking: Tri-Spin classes at our studio.
Monthly workshops include: improve your swim/pedal/step strokes, triathlon nutrition before/during/after, pre-event preparations, and brick training.

Each training session and workshop will be led by a professional who will provide the knowledge and encouragement to get you ready for your big day. Logbooks will also be reviewed to hold you accountable for your training.
