Bootcamp Circuit: We are bringing back one of our most popular classes. Bootcamp circuit combines many of our personal training tools such as ropes, tires, boxing, kettlebellsĀ  and so much more focusing on dynamic strengthĀ  and cardio training in a circuit style class. For all fitness levels.
