TRX Cardio:  A HITT syle class with a combination of TRX strength exercises and cardio conditioning floor exercises.   Developed by the Navy Seals,  TRX suspension training uses body weight exercises that develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.  An intense all in one class suitable for all fitness levels.
