Description

Tabata Trek:  High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using the microburst training method of 20 seconds work – 10 seconds rest to keep you burning calories for hours.  You will be switching back and forth from your spin bike to the floor for strength exercises every 4 1/2 minutes.  What a great workout!  For all fitness levels.
