Triathlon Running Workshop with Jaime

Intended for beginner runners, we will go over the basics of form, breathing, walk/run intervals, safety, gear and strategies for the triathlon’s course. We will then head outside for a demo of a proper warmup, do some run/walk intervals focusing on some different key points of the run for each interval, and have a stretch at the end. Not only will this help you prepare for your triathlon’s course run, but it will also give you tools to become a regular runner!
