Step/Strength: Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout and now we are adding in strength exercises to it.  40 minutes of step followed by 20 minutes of strength exercises makes for a outstanding hour, add in music that you will love and tons of motivation and you got a winning class. For all fitness levels.
